Past and Future
Sea Changes was a creative response to loss and overcoming in September 2021. We invited artists to submit work connecting with the subject of loss. We combined the opening of the exhibition with a rehearsed reading by the writer Marina Jenkyns. Three women presented an interwoven monologue around loss followed by a Q&A discussion with the audience, the artists and the performers. (September 2021)
Plant Variations - An exhibition ofplant related painting by two contractig artists
Amanda Fife working from live specimens in coloured pencil, water colours & graphite. Her work seeks to find beauty in the ordinary and unremarked.
Jevan Watins Jones - sees the act of drawing mirroring natural processes. His plant studies are empathetic responses establishing a rhythm.
